Is it bad to worry about my health? Of course not! Your health is like a car you need to maintain it properly but if you don't it will break down.
Eating right and keeping fit often present a challenge. Now it seems more convenient to eat processed foods than to prepare fresh dishes and easier to spend free time in front of the television or computer than to take part in physical activity.
In Asia, says Asiaweek magazine, "rich diets and increasingly sedentary habits are creating a diabetes epidemic." And in Canada researchers found that only one in seven preteens eat sufficient quantities of fruits and vegetables [and] that just over half play enough to ever break a sweat." reports the Globe and Mail. Such as lifestyle put those youngsters "on the fast track for heart disease by their 30's state the report.
Here are some ways to help you gain good health.
- Listen to your stomach; Don't skip meal! If you do, you feel starved and tend to overeat
- Avoid foods that are unwholesome
- Adjust bad eating habits
- Devote at least 15 to 20 minutes three times a week to a physical activity that you enjoy
- Exercise boosts your immune system, release brain chemical that calm you and can increased your fun
- Strive to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
- Avoid late night
- Cut out the chatter
Remember your physical condition is something which you do, in other words your health depends on only one person -you. Having a good health will help you to look better, feel great, and perform at your best.
